• We replace faulty or defective tools free of charge if the tool is returned.
• We make any additions completely free of charge if we miss something.
• However, we do not bear indirect costs in connection with a wrong delivery.
• All returns are sent to us with paid shipping unless otherwise agreed.
• Stock item or standard dimension is credited with 80% of the net amount.
• Non-stocked or non-standard dimension is credited with 70% of the net amount.
• Special tools or reworked tools are not taken back.Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
• The reason for returns must be stated.
• When returning, the tool must be packed well to avoid damage.
• Stamped tools with their own "logo" are not credited.
